Dock Specifications

North and South Dock sections are built using heavy duty 8' x 20' dock sections.
​

Floating docks are double pinned to each other and secured with steel pipes into the riverbed.
​

North Dock has approximately 1,140 ft of dock consisting of 840 ft linear docking space, along with 16 finger slips accommodating up to 40 ft boats.
​

South Dock has approximately 580 ft of dock consisting of 680 ft of linear docking space, along with 4 finger slips accommodating up to 40 ft boats.
​

The club owns a mini dredge, which allows us to keep our basin's water level suitable for boats.​
​

Newer heavy duty electrical service cables run the length of the docks delivering constant full power to the boats And dock lighting.
​

Each slip has a water hook up for the city water supply.
​

Cable TV is available to all slips with an additional seasonal fee.
​

WiFi reaches most slips and is being constantly improved and updated when possible.
​​​

Inside storage is available in two large pole barns on our property. This is done on a seniority basis.
​

Outside storage is available on our spacious grounds. Allowing for ease of maintenance and easy snow slide without disturbing other stored boats.
​

There are no restrictions on hiring your favorite mechanic, fiberglass or canvas professional to work on your boat.

Our members are usually available to lend a hand or insight. Don't be afraid to ask.

Full Membership at RCYC Requirements.

Completed Membership Form accompanied by a $750 one time application fee, proof of current boat registration and insurance.
Yearly work requirements;
-
25 hours per year, can be captain or a mate.
-
Both docks in and docks out weekend which are the first full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in April and November for all captains. Mates welcome, but not required.

All members participate in the hosting of our two weekend events, Steak & Lobster Bake in June and Chicken BBQ in September. There are many ways to contribute.

Full Members have access to all amenities of RCYC .
​

All hours worked, at the club, count towards your 25 hours with the exception of docks in and out weekends. All hours that a mate contributes count also.
​
Yearly fees;
-
Annual club fee $275 paid in January.
-
Mortgage fee of $500 per year paid in April.
-
Seasonal dock space is $10 per foot of total boat length.

Seasonal dock electric is $150 per 30Amp cord and $300 for one 50Amp cord.
-
Seasonal outside storage is $8 per foot.
-
Seasonal inside storage / $10 per foot is available based on seniority only.

Yearly cost example for a 36' boat with outside storage:
Mortgage and Fees $775/yr., dockage $360/yr, electric $300/yr (2-30Amp cords), inside storage $288/yr:
$1723/yr.

Runabout Row Membership Reqirements
- 14' to 24' Boats and PWC

Completed Membership Form along with proof of current boat registration and insurance.

Yearly work requirement;

All day Saturday of our docks in weekend.
​

Membership fee is $600/yr or $50/mo.
​

Choose two weekends to use one of our wet slips. Must be approved by our dock master.
​

Summer and Winter storage of your boat on club grounds is included in your membership fee.
​

Use of private boat launch.
​
-
Use of picnic area and grills.
​
-
Use of pool (when open).
​
-
Runabout Row Membership can migrate into a full membership.
